We marinade the duck breast in our special brine solution seasoned with garlic. The duck breast is then lightly smoked over oak shavings for a delicate flavour, cooked ready to serve.

Excellent as a starter - perhaps a salade tiede, made with radiccio lettuce and gently warmed olive or walnut oil and balsamic vinegar.

Shelf life 14 days.
