Our most popular pâté, still blended to our original recipe of 38 years. Our version of this perennial favourite is full flavoured, smooth and well seasoned with thyme, garlic and brandy. Delicious served with crusty bread for a light lunch or starter with a lightly dressed salad.

Our pâté is freshly made by hand in small batchs, vacuum packed in attractive earthenware-look dishes before being despatched to your door. The shelf life of the pâté is fourteen days, five days when opened. If you want to keep for longer, we suggest you freeze on arrival, maximum of three months.
