Only one thought comes to mind with this Mmmmmmm. This seriously addictive pâté is made from wild pheasants cooked in port and marinaded in juniper berries and red wine vinegar. A great addition to your favourite savoury biscuits and a nice cheese or two.
Our pâté is freshly made by hand in small batchs, vacuum packed in attractive earthenware-look dishes before being despatched to your door. The shelf life of the pâté is fourteen days, five days when opened. If you want to keep for longer, we suggest you freeze on arrival, maximum of three months.
