Christmas Pudding in Plastic Bowl
Our recipe is based on one dated 1878, handed down from Richard C-S-M’s grandmother who lived at Winkburn Hall. Winkburn Hall is the centre of an estate awarded to Richard’s ancestors by the King in 1548 for services rendered to the Crown. The estate passed from the family’s hands in the 1930’s but they still own the Hall.
The puddings are rich in vine fruits and nuts, well seasoned with spices and generously soaked with rum and brandy. No artificial colouring or preservatives are used.
