We created this following a customer's request for a smooth duck liver pâté. Fully flavoured, the duck pâté provides a tasty alternative to the chicken liver pâté. Delicious served as a starter or light lunch with warm buttered toast and onion marmalade.

Our pâté is freshly made by hand in small batchs, vacuum packed in attractive earthenware-look dishes before being despatched to your door. The shelf life of the pâté is fourteen days, five days when opened. If you want to keep them for longer, we suggest you freeze them on arrival, maximum of 3 months.
