We marinade the turkey in our special brine solution seasoned with garlic and add vegetable oil to ensure moistness. The turkey is then lightly smoked over oak shavings to give a delicate flavour. Cooked and ready to serve.

We smoke a number of meats to our own recipe that aim to provide a delicate and not too overpowering smokiness while maintaining a succulent and tender texture.
