This subtle flavoured boneless ham is cured with our own special cure then marinated in dark sugar, stout and honey, lightly oak smoked and slowly steamed till cooked. Ideal for slicing, it will augment any cold table.

We smoke a number of meats to our own recipe that aim to provide a delicate and not too overpowering smokiness while maintaining a succulent and tender texture.

The minimum shelf life of this product is 21 days.
