The Country Victualler is a small family firm producing gourmet foods. Set up in the early 1970's this husband and wife team have always aimed to produce traditional quality food. In 1996 they converted a redundant farm building into a modern hygienic factory unit. They specialise in hams, pâtés, smoked meat and poultry. Also they produce a traditional Christmas pudding (plum pudding). All products are developed with care and attention to quality and taste.

Distribution is nation wide supplying caterers, retailers and private customers throughout mainland Britain. Speciality products can be developed for specific customer requirements and products can be supplied with customers 'own label'.
